Take a Chance!

"Go for it! Take a chance. There are times you must trust that silent voice inside you. The experts don't always have the right answers.

According to the laws of aerodynamics the bumble bee cannot fly. I guess no one bothered to tell the bee.

Keep flying!

Destiny!

know you fight for god
and you believes its right
to risk your home your life
to face the evil knight
But in the darkest night
When our children are asleep
I think about the family
Of our enemy
Do they feel the same
Believe in their own truth
They must love their children
As fiercely as we do
We are share one thing
Our heart were given from above
and the only thing worth fighting for
in this world is love...
War continues on....
Why can't we see that the truth
We are all one....
I know you fight for god
and you believe its right
to risk your home your life
to face the evil knight
But in the darkest night
When our children are asleep
I think about the family
all of our enemy
War continues on....
Why can't we see the truth
We are all one...
War continues on...
We are all one...
War continues on..
Why can't we see the truth
We are all one.....

My Prayer!

"Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen."

Note: By "He" I mean our Beloved Prophet Muhammad PBUH.

May my prayers come true!

God, grant me the Serinity to accept the things
that I can not change.
The Courage to change the things I can.
And the Wisdom to know the difference.....

A message from "30 Seconds to Mars" to whom it may concern!

I can't get enough of this song, its so STRONG, I wish he should sing in "his" face!

Can't figure out which song i am talking about?
OK! here it is!

"30 Seconds To Mars", with Ely Guerra - "From Yesterday" (Los Premios MTV, live)

LYRICS:
He's a stranger to some
And a vision to none
He can never get enough
Get enough of the world
For a fortune he'd quit
But it's hard to admit
How it ends and begins
On his face is a map of the world
A map of the world
On his face is a map of the world
A map of the world
From yesterday, it's coming
From yesterday, the fear
From yesterday, it calls him
But he doesn't want to read the message here
On a mountain he sits
Not of gold but of s**t
Through the blood he can learn
See the lives that he took
From the council of one
He'll decide when he's done
With the innocent
On his face is a map of the world
A map of the world
On his face is a map of the world
A map of the world
From yesterday, it's coming
From yesterday, the fear
From yesterday, it calls him
But he doesn't want to read the message
He doesn't want to read the message
He doesn't want to read the message here
On his face is a map of the world
From yesterday, it's coming
From yesterday, the fear
From yesterday, it calls him
But he doesn't want to read the message here
From yesterday, from yesterday
From yesterday, the fear
From yesterday, from yesterday
But he doesn't want to read the message
He doesn't want to read the message
He doesn't want to read the message here

I was Tagged!

Tagged By Ali Raza

The rules are:
  • Get a grab of a book near you (but it should be at least 123 pages)
  • Get to the 123rd page.
  • Grab the 5th line.
  • Add the next 3 lines to your post.
  • Then tag any 5 bloggers.

Well I am changing two rules here; instead of page 123, I will take excerpts from page 121. Why? Because this number has a major significance in my life! Any Guess? Not you Ali! And the second changed rule is that the sentence should be complete.

The book I found near me was “Every Man A Tiger” by “TOM CLANCY”:

“He plunged into them and let fly. He loved making order out of chaos. When the smoke cleared, the floor would be covered with debris, but there’d also be the glimmers of a solution here and there, which Horner would gather up and present to his boss.”

Though I don't read blogs much, but whenever it happens, I visit the following blogs. Hence I tag 'em!

What do we learn from our pains?

Pain can be a valuable lesson!

A small story:

Two men, one a wise man, and the other an ordinary person, were traveling through a forest on a dark, moonless night. Suddenly, a shaft of lightning flashed in the sky.
The ordinary man began to tremble in fear. A storm! His mind was immediately given over to confusion. Should he continue to walk? Or should he find a safe place to stop till the storm was spent? He began wishing that he had never decided to undertake the journey. He cursed himself as foolish and unlucky. In other words, he fell headlong into suffering with just a few strokes of lightning!
The wise man, on the other hand, simply used the moments of lightning flashes to take a better look at the road ahead and kept moving. He ensured that he was traveling in the right direction, thanked the lightning for its help, and moved onward.

Pain is just like this flash of lightning. You have no control over its existence. But whether you suffer from it, or learn from it, is entirely up to you! Then, you will realize that you are the cause of your own pain, and only you can be the solution.
When you observe your pain deeply, innocence opens up in you. For the first time, you become aware that you are not the body. No pain can touch the real ‘you’. Once you realize that you are beyond pain, you transcend pain to become a “dukkha ateeta” (one who has gone beyond suffering). You experience the rare freedom that arises with non-attachment to the body which you will carry all your life. You transcend your mundane life and enter into a spiritual plane. You then exist in the world as an atman, an enlightened master. The whole material world disappears and another world arises – of incomparable beauty, innocence, joy and compassion.

Video game giants in $18bn merger! Woowwww!!!!!

The companies behind Call of Duty and World of Warcraft are merging in a deal which could shake up the global video games industry.

Activision and Blizzard have said they will form "the world's most profitable games business" in a deal worth $18.8bn (£9.15bn).

World of Warcraft is played by more than nine million people!

US-based Activision also makes hit console games such as the Tony Hawk series and Guitar Hero.
Nine million people pay a monthly subscription to play World of Warcraft.

'High-growth industry'

Blizzard is the biggest player in online gaming and Warcraft is the global market leader of what are known as massively multi-player online role-playing games, or MMORPGs.

It is currently owned by the French media group Vivendi.

As part of the merger plan, Blizzard will invest $2bn in the new company, while Activision is putting up $1bn.

The merged business will be called Activision Blizzard and its chief executive will be Activision's current CEO Bobby Kotick. Vivendi will be the biggest shareholder in the group.

Jean-Bernard Levy, Vivendi chief executive, said: "This alliance is a major strategic step for Vivendi and is another illustration of our drive to extend our presence in the entertainment sector.

"By combining Vivendi's games business with Activision, we are creating a worldwide leader in a high-growth industry."

Different strengths

The two firms are hoping that their different strengths will combine to form a business which is powerful on every gaming platform and in every territory.

Blizzard is strong in Asia, where its Starcraft series has proved hugely popular.

Starcraft, a strategy game first released in 1998, is played by millions of South Koreans in gaming cyber-cafes, and by professional gamers on television.

Activision has developed a presence on all three new generation game consoles - Microsoft's Xbox 360, Sony's PlayStation 3 and the Nintendo Wii - with franchises such as Spider-Man and X-Men.

The games software industry has been through turbulent years, with companies changing ownership and going in and out of business in rapid succession.

Activision was formed in 1979 and went through bankruptcy and a series of alliances and mergers before becoming successful.

Blizzard had been through a number of owners before ending up in the hands of Vivendi in 1998.

She is my favourite female singer ever! (male being the Linkin Park) Her voice is so good! and Her face reminds me of "Racheal Green", my favourite character after "Chandler".

This is one of my Favourite songs of her. It is! like it says "Hot!".

Microsoft axing big-name project?

Source: The latest 1Up podcast, during which EGM executive editor Shane Bettenhausen teases that he knows of "a big Microsoft first-party title that's been in the works for a very long time that people are very excited for sounds like it's being cancelled."

What we heard: At the end of 1Up.com's latest podcast, Bettenhausen tossed out the rumor with little background or explanation. Telling his fellow podcasters that he'd heard the rumor "from all over" and saying they had "a 97 percent chance of being true," Bettenhausen teased audiences with the information but refused to go into any more detail on what he had heard. Given an unsubstantiated and unsourced rumor, the Internet did what it is wont to do and began speculating wildly about Microsoft-published games that could conceivably fit the given criteria.

Rare's new Banjo Kazooie project was among the first games floated, but the UK developer was quick to shoot down such speculation, proactively reaching out to gaming press.

"It's definitely not Banjo," a Rare employee told GameSpot. "That said, I haven't heard these rumours internally, so it could all be hot air for all I know."

Next up on the list was Silicon Knights' Too Human. Given the prolonged development cycle of the game and the legal battle being waged between Silicon Knights and Epic Games over the former's licensing of the latter's Unreal Engine 3, such a cancellation would not be entirely surprising. However, when contacted by GameSpot, a Silicon Knights representative shot that suggestion down as well, saying, "It is definitely not Too Human."

Another game that would certainly fit the "long-awaited" label of the rumor is Remedy Entertainment's Alan Wake. Originally announced in 2005, Alan Wake has remained on many gamers' lists of most-anticipated titles despite keeping a very low profile since its original announcement. Troubled development would explain why so little of Alan Wake has surfaced in the last two years, but again, the developer was quick to shut down the notion of it being canceled. In a post on the studio's official forums, a Remedy representative assured fans the rumor "has nothing to do with Alan Wake..."

Peter Molyneux is known for having his ambitious and heavily hyped game designs overstretch his studio's ability (or perhaps any studio's, for that matter) to make them a reality. While he always seems to find a way to get a game finished and out the door, it's conceivable that Microsoft could pull the rug out from one of his titles if it appeared to be unsalvageable. Fable 2 didn't appear to be in such a state the last time it was shown off to the press, but just in case fans were worried, Lionhead's community manager debunked the idea on the game's official forums, simply saying, "It's not Fable 2, I can tell you that much."

An Ensemble Studios poster on the official Halo Wars forums didn't specifically deny that the high-profile real-time strategy spin-off of Microsoft's sci-fi cash cow was canceled. However, he did post a picture of a man in a tinfoil hat in the thread on the subject, showing exactly what was thought of the suggestion.

As of press time, representatives with Cryptic Studios, developer of Microsoft's upcoming Marvel Universe massively multiplayer online game had not responded to a request for comment, and a browsing of the studio's forums failed to turn up any Cryptic-penned posts on the matter. However, a MMOG attached to a license as powerful as the Marvel Universe will likely get every chance to succeed, and Cryptic's recent sale of its interest in City of Heroes and City of Villains to NCsoft suggests the developer's other projects are going well enough that it doesn't need a safety net to fall back on.

Developer denials aside, 'tis the season for publishers to evaluate their slate of projects for the coming year and determine if there's any dead weight that needs to be cut loose. Ideally, the people who have devoted years of their lives to a project should know if it's going the way of the dodo before word leaks out to the press (and certainly before anyone in the press leaks that rumor out to the world), so it should be safe to take these developers at their word.

It's possible that final decisions on Microsoft's lineup haven't been made yet, and Bettenhausen's tease is based on what a handful of people involved in the process expect to happen. Though he certainly believes the rumor to be true, he admits there's a slim chance his info is wrong. Combine that with 1Up News' complete silence on the matter, and it appears that whatever information Bettenhausen and the Web site have isn't quite concrete enough to run with yet.

The official story: "No comment."--A Microsoft representative.

Bogus or not bogus?: Bogus that Banjo Kazooie, Too Human, Alan Wake, Fable 2, or Halo Wars has already been canceled. Abstain on whether or not they (or any other Microsoft projects) will stay that way.

Note: This news is from the Gamespot.

Bungie and Microsoft officially split!!

Halo 3-maker set to "return to its independent roots" with MS retaining a minority financial stake in the company.

Rumours have been bubbling over the Internet cauldron all week that Bungie would be jumping ship from its corporate masters at Microsoft. The rumours seemed unlikely to be true, as Bungie has been wholly owned by the Microsoft machine since 2000.

Today, though, the unlikely became reality. This morning, Bungie announced it was officially splitting away from Microsoft to become an independent, privately held developer, Bungie LLC. Microsoft will continue to retain a minority stake in Bungie and continue its long-standing publishing agreement with the company.

"While we are supporting Bungie's desire to return to its independent roots, we will continue to invest in our Halo entertainment property with Bungie and other partners, such as Peter Jackson, on a new interactive series set in the Halo universe," said Shane Kim, corporate vice president of Microsoft Game Studios.

Bungie will remain in its current location in Kirkland, Washington, and will retain its primary focus on Microsoft platforms. Harold Ryan, Bungie's studio head, commented, "This...will enable us to expand both creatively and organizationally." Ryan also stated that the studio would continue to work on Halo and "beyond."

"Bungie is like a shark," said Bungie founder Jason Jones. "We have to keep moving to survive. We have to continually test ourselves, or we might as well be dolphins. Or manatees." (Emphasis in the original.)

Bungie's latest release, Halo 3, has nabbed $300 million in sales in its first week, becoming the fastest-selling video game in history and is even topping charts in Japan.

MulazamatTV could disrupt the online job boards market - GreenWhite

Osama at GreenWhite posted a review about Mulazamat.com

Mulazamat offers something fresh - it can let companies put up videos about their firm, their management, their products online among a much more limited set of content. This could immediately be more rewarding — you can’t duplicate offices or products or people or their thoughts, and hence your company’s unique message will get through to the right people and will not be lost on a webpage.[more]
